As you know, our Parish Council did not have sufficient candidates to be quorate at the 4 May elections.
A further election process is therefore needed to elect councillors to fill the vacant seats.
Any previous councillors left office on Tuesday 9 May and therefore, our council is not able to meet or take any decisions until new councillors have been elected.
We therefore need to reach a quorum of 3 candidates by the nomination deadline of 4pm on Thursday 25 May for our council to be able to meet.
The date of the election is 22 June and the Notice of Election is attached here.

If the election is uncontested, the new councillors will come into office at the close of nominations on 25 May.
If the election is contested, then a poll will take place on 22 June.
