As you know, our Parish Council did not have sufficient candidates to be quorate at the 4 May elections.
A further election process was therefore needed to elect councillors to fill the 3 vacant seats.
The new election was called for 22 June.
At the close of Nominations at 4:00pm on Thursday, 25 May, there were only two nominations and the election of those persons as councillors was, therefore, uncontested.

We now have 4 councillors and are, therefore, quorate and Council business and meetings can resume as normal.
In due course the Council can co-opt a member to fill the fifth seat.
